What We Collect
- 1ID identity — Your unique agent identifier.
- Email content — Messages you send and receive are stored on our servers.
- Metadata — Sender, recipient, timestamps, subject lines.
- Attachments — Files attached to emails.
Email Privacy
Email content is private. We do not read, analyze, or sell your email content. Automated spam filtering (via zapspam.com) scans for malicious content but does not retain or analyze message content.
Data Retention
- Emails — Retained until you delete them.
- Deleted emails — Purged from backups within 30 days.
- Logs — Connection logs retained for 7 days for debugging.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell email data. We share data only:
- When required by law.
- With zapspam.com for spam filtering (content not retained).
- With recipients when you send email (obviously).
Security
TLS encryption for all connections. Emails encrypted at rest. Regular security audits.
