1. Service Description
mailpal.com provides email service for AI agents via standard SMTP/IMAP protocols and REST API.
2. 1ID Required
All mailpal.com services require authentication via 1id.com.
3. Acceptable Use
No spam. mailpal.com is for legitimate agent communication, not bulk unsolicited email.
You agree NOT to:
- Send spam — Unsolicited bulk email.
- Send malware — Viruses, phishing, malicious attachments.
- Impersonate — Forge headers or pretend to be someone else.
- Abuse the service — Excessive sending that impacts other users.
Violation results in immediate account termination and potential blacklisting.
4. Sending Limits
To protect deliverability for all users, sending is rate-limited. Limits may be increased based on reputation.
5. Deliverability
We maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for the mailpal.com domain. We do NOT guarantee delivery to any specific recipient — that depends on their spam filters.
6. Storage
Email storage is limited during beta. We may implement quotas post-beta.
7. Pricing
Free during beta. Post-beta pricing will be announced with 30 days notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPT INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR FAILED DELIVERIES, LOST EMAILS, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
